ACTIVATE SIRIUSXM® IN YOUR MAZDA

If your Mazda is equipped with SiriusXM®, you will automatically receive a free trial subscription. To continue your subscription, you can do so in 3 easy steps:

1. GET YOUR SIRIUSXM® RADIO ID

Tune your radio on the SiriusXM® band to channel 0 (zero) and take down your 8-digit Radio ID.

2. CONTACT SIRIUSXM®

Activate your service online at www.siriusxm.ca/plans. You will need your billing information ready, including a credit card number and expiry date. You can also activate by calling 1-888-539-7474.

3. SEND THE SIGNAL

Ensure your vehicle is parked outside with an unobstructed view of the sky. Then enter your Radio ID at siriusxm.ca/resend or call 1-888-539-7474 and request a resend.

SIRIUSXM® TRAFFIC PLUS AND TRAVEL LINK

Mazda vehicles equipped with SiriusXM and a compatible Navigation radio, get a SiriusXM® Platinum Plan trial that includes SiriusXM® Traffic Plus and Travel Link: models from 2019 to 2024 receive (5) five years of free service, while some 2025 models get (3) three years. This helps you avoid congestion before you reach to your final destination.

SiriusXM® reaches virtually all Canadians. With ten high-orbit satellites and terrestrial repeaters, Canadians on every coast and in the far north can enjoy digital-quality music, news, sports, talk, and entertainment channels.

Plus, you can now enjoy more content with streaming on the SiriusXM App.

Once activated, SiriusXM® works just like a regular in-dash radio. To access, just look for the audio option in your screen (just where you find AM and FM) and Select SiriusXM. Now you are ready to enjoy the most of your trial*.

SiriusXM -equipped Mazda vehicles that come with factory navigation will receive a complimentary 5-year trial of Traffic Plus and Travel Link services from the first date of sales. Models from 2019 to 2024 get (5) five years of free service from the sale date, while only some 2025 models get (3) three years. Please contact your local retailer for further details.

Your Radio ID is an 8-digit alphanumeric code that identifies your SiriusXM® service. To find your ID, tune your SiriusXM® radio to channel 0 (zero) and it will appear on the display.

SiriusXM® offers thousands of hours of ad-free music, however, other channels have limited advertising.

If you’re not receiving all the channels, you should be getting with your trial*, your radio may need a refresh signal. With your Radio ID or VIN handy, text the word RESEND to 88518 or obtain a refresh signal online.

No. The radio will continue to function on the Canadian service – which means you can keep in touch with Canadian news, weather, and sports while travelling or vacationing in the US.
